If you are in an uncomfortable situation, feeling of fear, frustration, depression, sadness, anger, feeling unworthy, not good enough, having conflict with someone, don't find the solution you want, having pain in the body.....here are some really simple and most helpful ways to feel better after 10 minutes of doing it.
With this you turn away from the situation for a while. This is neccessary, because something uncomfortable, we want to get rid of, will grow bigger, because we focus on it .
If we embrace it as something to learn about ourself and life and want to get the lesson, we ease the situation. This helps us changing perspective and seeing the whole picture.
We all are responsible for our feelings and mostly we react to outside conditions. These conditions let us judge the outside or other people, or we feel that we are judged by other people. These thoughts activate past memories and cause feelings in ourself.
If we take some minutes and change our attitude away from being a victim or being ashamed of treating someone else in a bad way, or making mistakes, we take over responsibility for our own feelings, we created with our thoughts, and shift our vibration with turning our emotions into really satisfying feelings again.
A good feeling, not depending or influenced by the outside condition, is the wonderful fresh basis to make a new start and look at the situation from a new perspective.
Sometimes the situation totally disappears and people arround us magically change and behave in a new fresh way.
All these situations just show you who you really are and what you don't like, so that you can imagine, what you really like and wish to happen in your life.
If you never felt "black", "darkness" you would'nt even know in which moment you are in the "light", because you never had the contrast.
Your experience of the feeling of darkness is your sensor for decision. From now on you know , if it ever starts to feel like this inside of your self, you say "no" and turn arround and go, not judging the outside , but simply deciding for your comfort, taking the freedom of having a choice.
Everything you imagined in a new way with a fresh amazing feeling will line up for you and you will feel it, if the manifestation is near because you already felt it during the imagination.
If you are at home or have your own business and organize yourself:
1.If the situation or your feeling is so strong and uncomfortable to you, then really take a quick nap just for 15 minutes. It's really the most effective way to reset your mood and distract your circle of negativ thoughts....and sleep with the trust, that it is like a reset in yourself. Your bad feeling is no longer existing after the nap, unless you go on thinking in a negativ way.
2.Go for a walk in nature. Nature always gives you a fresh energized feeling if you focus on flowers, birds, the fresh green color. It brings your feelings into balance.
3.Remember being together with a friend feeling joy and love.
4.Do some yoga.
5.Put some music on and dance , move your body for a moment.
6.Go outside and ride your byce for 30 minutes.
7. Go outside for a moment, even when it rains and feel the rain on your skin.
8.Rearrange your home, decorating in a new way or just puttin furniture in a new place.
9.Eat something refreshing without doing anything else but tasting and enjoying.
10.Sing and enjoy your voice or play with something like stones.
11.If you lifted yourself up with these simple ways of changing your feelings, you now can enjoy to imagine, how the situation could have happened in a more comfortable way and how the involved people could have acted, so that it would have been joyful for all. Never face the situation without imagining it first in a more comfortable way.
If you are outside, in business or travelling:
1.Embrace and love yourself in being with this feeling and make peace with where you are. Everything is ok. You are wonderful as you are. There is no right or wrong. Life is adventure and you just explore a situation, that shows you and lets you feel, what you don't want. Just feel it a last time.
Lean back into your chair or lay down on the floor for 5 to 10 minutes and put your hands one on the heart and one on your stomache and breath deeply in and out. If you sit on a chair, lean back and put your hand behind your head and just carry your head for a while, look out of the window and breath.
Now imagine, how you would wish to have this situation in a new comfortable way for yourself and people involved. Get the pictures and really be aware of how good your imagination feels to you. Focus on this new feeling .
Normally this feeling brings you the input to your next step you should take now.
2.Just breath and remember a song or a situation in the past, that made you happy and feel the happiness, the joy again and just stay there for a while.
3.Just draw something on a paper without thinking in a way we sometimes all draw during we talk on the telephone. Enjoy the drawing, the flowing of the lines.
